1. About Our Products

Everyday AI Lab provides digital educational content, including pre‑recorded video lessons, PDF materials, downloadable resources, and access to our online learning platform (collectively, "Digital Content"). All Digital Content is delivered electronically and is not supplied on a tangible medium.

2. All Sales Are Final

Due to the instant‑access nature of digital content — which cannot be "returned" once delivered — all purchases are final and non‑refundable, except where required by mandatory applicable law (see Section 5 below).

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing Digital Content that will be made available to you immediately upon completion of payment.
  • You consent to the immediate delivery and performance of the Digital Content before the expiry of any applicable withdrawal or cooling‑off period.
  • You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you waive and lose your statutory right of withdrawal pursuant to Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU and/or Regulation 37 of the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, as applicable.

No refund will be issued for any of the following reasons:

  • Change of mind or buyer's remorse;
  • Lack of time to complete the course;
  • Dissatisfaction with the difficulty level, teaching style, or content format;
  • Failure to meet personal expectations;
  • Discovery of alternative or cheaper courses elsewhere;
  • Prior familiarity with the subject matter.

3. Intellectual Property & Prohibited Conduct

All Digital Content is the exclusive property of Everyday AI Lab and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non‑transferable, non‑exclusive licence to access the Digital Content solely for your own private educational use.

You may NOT:

  • Record, screen‑capture, screenshot, download (unless expressly permitted), or otherwise reproduce any Digital Content.
  • Share, distribute, resell, sublicense, or make any Digital Content available to any third party by any means.
  • Share your login credentials or permit any other person to access your account.
  • Use any Digital Content to create competing courses, training materials, or educational products.

Any breach of these terms may result in immediate and permanent termination of your access without refund, and may give rise to legal action for infringement of intellectual property rights.

4. Account Security & Abuse Prevention

We monitor access patterns to protect our content, our business, and the experience of legitimate customers. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without refund if we detect:

  • Simultaneous access from multiple devices or locations inconsistent with individual use;
  • Use of screen recording, screen capture, or automated download tools;
  • Patterns consistent with refund abuse, including but not limited to: accessing a substantial portion of content and subsequently requesting a refund, repeated purchases followed by refund requests, or initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing content.

5. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or UK law. Notwithstanding the above, you are entitled to a remedy (repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund) if the Digital Content:

  • Contains a significant technical defect that prevents access and that we are unable to repair within a reasonable timeframe;
  • Is substantially different from its description as presented at the time of purchase;
  • Was not delivered — i.e., you never received access to the Digital Content despite a confirmed and completed purchase.

How to Submit a Statutory Claim

If you believe you are entitled to a remedy under your statutory rights, please contact us at [your support email] within 14 days of discovering the issue, providing:

  • Your order number and date of purchase;
  • A clear and detailed description of the defect or issue;
  • Supporting evidence such as screenshots or error messages.

We will review your claim and respond within 10 business days. If a refund is determined to be due under mandatory law, it will be processed via your original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider after having accessed the Digital Content, Everyday AI Lab reserves the right to:

  • Submit evidence of your purchase, consent, and content access history (including IP addresses, login timestamps, device information, and content access logs) to your bank or payment provider;
  • Immediately suspend or terminate your access to all Digital Content and your account;
  • Pursue recovery of the original purchase amount plus any fees, costs, or penalties incurred as a result of the chargeback;
  • Permanently ban you from future purchases on our platform.

7. Consent at Checkout

Before completing any purchase on our platform, you will be required to:

  • Actively tick a checkbox confirming that you consent to immediate access to the Digital Content and that you acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.
  • Actively tick a checkbox confirming that you have read and agree to this policy and our Terms of Use.

Your purchase cannot be completed until both consents have been given. A confirmation email documenting your purchase, your consent, and these terms will be sent to you immediately after purchase.

8. Governing Law

This policy and any disputes arising from or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [your jurisdiction — e.g., the Republic of Ireland / England and Wales / etc.].
